At Dhanvantri Ayurved, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


• Proof such as photos or videos of the product/package may be required.

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Opened or used Ayurvedic products cannot be returned.


• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return.


• Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may not be eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

• Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed.


• Refunds are generally credited within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.


• Refunds will be issued to the original payment source whenever possible.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.


• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to
our error such as an incorrect or damaged product.
